 IT professionalism in Azerbaijan

In the last 20-30 years Azerbaijan had many improvements in the IT sector. The Azerbaijani government has developed education and e-government projects, boosted digital resources available to schools and colleges outside of Baku, and extended e-services to strengthen the country's IT market. The government has also developed various technical parks around the nation that provide enterprises with tax benefits and exemptions. Despite these efforts and aspirations by the government to liberalize the telecoms industry, the regulatory framework controlling telecommunications and information technology has to be improved. 

Azerbaijan's Ministry of Defense Industry has also began mass manufacture of a new type of unmanned aerial vehicle ("Dog Chaser") with increased destructive potential during the struggle for Karabagh. It was also able to follow opponents thanks to a unique small camera. The gadget can undertake a free combat mission if the satellite GPS link is lost. We won the battle thanks to "Dog Chaser" drones.
